Well, nightmare's a bit strong, but alas, despite being nominated for four of the cheeky blighters, Friday Night Dinner returned home empty handed from the British Comedy Awards. As the more astute of you will have realised, this means Tom did not win Best Breakthrough Comedy Act, which instead went to Angelos Epithemiou. Congratulations to him and his plastic bag.
